  1. Definitions
    1. Contributor is defined as the individual and/or entity that submits material to Voyeurweb, RedClouds or HomeClips. Contributors affirm they are at least 18 years of age, and will submit proof of age upon request.
    2. Content or materials means not only the physical photograph, print or movie, but all means that the Contibutor is the legal owner of any and all images/videos and/or likenesses which are captured or contained in and on the actual photograph or print.
  2. Policies/Warning
    1. To be a Contributor you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and submit proof upon request.
    2. Submitting illegal content is strictly prohibited. Illegal content includes, but is not limited to: minors, rape, fisting and bestiality and might vary based upon the location of the contributor.
    3. The submission of any content or materials which are not the exclusive property of the Contributor, or the submitting entity, is illegal and subjects the webmaster and or the submitting entity to both civil and/or criminal penalties and will require them to indemnify, defend and hold Voyeurweb, RedClouds and HomeClips harmless against any and all claims of third parties. This also includes pictures or movies which were taken without having the full consent of the individual(s) shown.
    4. Materials or content which are not the property of the contributor or submitting entity but is material that they have the express consent and permission of the owner(s) to use and rebroadcast may be submitted to Voyeurweb, RedClouds or HomeClips conditioned upon the understanding that the Contributor is responsible and shall be held liable for securing said consent.
    5. Please understand: The full liabitily and full legal responsibility of any material submitted to Voyeurweb, RedClouds or HomeClips lies fully with the contributor!!!
    6. Voyeurweb, RedClouds and HomeClips reserve the right to reject and disqualify any material submitted and are not obliged to give reasons for the rejection of material.
